2. Lead the design team to plan and design new shoe styles that conform to the brand's tone, including style, materials, colors, etc;
3. Supervise the production process of sample shoes, ensure the accurate implementation of design concepts, collect feedback for optimization;
4. Work closely with departments such as production, procurement, and sales, while meeting market demand and sales targets.
1. Having a bachelor's degree or above in design, fashion, or related fields;
2. At least 5 years of work experience in footwear product design or related fields, with priority given to successful cases of launching new products;
3. Having a keen sense of fashion and innovation ability, able to lead the trend;
4. Excellent cross departmental communication and team collaboration skills, able to efficiently drive project progress.
1. Responsible for searching, evaluating, and negotiating shoe material suppliers, establishing and maintaining a stable supply chain system;
2. Monitor raw material costs, optimize procurement strategies, and ensure that raw material quality meets design requirements and production standards;
3. Based on sales forecasts and product demand, develop a reasonable production plan, coordinate production progress, and ensure timely delivery;
4. Analyze inventory data, propose inventory optimization plans, reduce inventory backlog, and improve inventory turnover rate.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, logistics management or related majors;
2. At least 3 years of experience in footwear supply chain management, familiar with footwear production processes and supply chain management;
3. Having excellent cost control awareness and business negotiation skills;
4. Ability to use data analysis tools for inventory management and production decision-making.
